Official markets
The Precept app lists the current official markets. Select a market to see its address, assets, rates and parameters. The Advanced page shows each market's contracts, oracle setup, admin and caps.
What official means
An official market is one the Precept team deploys, either for the community or for a trusted curator partner. Official does not mean risk-free or insured. Each market has its own rules and risks, so read them before you deposit. Market policy gives the guidelines.
Check the address
Anyone can deploy a market with a similar name, and names and token symbols prove nothing. Open the app from this link, and compare the full market contract address on the Advanced page before you deposit.
App limits
The app sets some limits that the contracts do not enforce:
- Deposits: a launch limit can apply. A direct contract call can go past it, and a market may have no effective on-chain supply cap.
- Borrowing: the app stops borrowers at a lower loan-to-value than the contract does. A direct contract call can borrow up to the contract limit, which leaves no buffer before liquidation.
Check a market yourself
Read a market's live state with the Stellar CLI. --send=no only simulates the call, so nothing is signed or submitted.
stellar contract invoke \
--id <market contract address> \
--rpc-url https://mainnet.sorobanrpc.com \
--network-passphrase "Public Global Stellar Network ; September 2015" \
--source-account <any funded G address> \
--send=no \
-- get_config
Replace get_config with get_admin, get_reserve_list or get_reserve --asset <token address> to read the rest. To confirm the code, compare the contract's WASM hash with the checksums published in the release.
The registry lists every contract Templar has deployed, including retired and testnet ones. Being in the registry does not make a market official: only a market listed in the app is.
